This Privacy Policy explains how Westgate Supply LLC collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our website, store, quote request tools, customer communications, and related services.

This policy is a notice of our practices. Where law requires your choice before we use optional technologies, we ask for and honor that choice separately.

Interpretation and Definitions

Capitalized terms have the meanings described in this policy, whether they appear in singular or plural form.

Company, we, us, and our refer to Westgate Supply LLC.
Service means the Westgate Supply website, store, RFQ forms, quote tools, customer communications, and related online services.
Personal Data means information that identifies or can reasonably be linked to an individual.
Usage Data means technical and interaction data collected automatically when you use the Service.
Service Provider means a vendor or partner that processes information on our behalf.
You means the individual using the Service, or the company or legal entity on whose behalf that individual uses the Service.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly and information generated through use of the Service.

Contact details such as name, company, email address, phone number, shipping or billing information, and job role.
Quote and order information such as product descriptions, part numbers, drawings, files, quantities, certifications, delivery needs, and other sourcing details you submit.
Messages and communications sent through forms, email, chat, phone, or other support channels.
Internet and device activity such as IP address, browser type, device information, approximate location inferred from IP address, referring pages, pages viewed, time spent, and similar diagnostic data.
On eligible public pages, privacy-protected session replay data such as page layout, clicks, scrolling, and navigation. Form inputs are masked, media is blocked, explicitly marked sensitive content is masked, and customer, quote, account, and internal portal pages are excluded before replay data is transmitted.
Cookies and similar technologies used for site functionality, analytics, security, and improving the buying experience.

Cookies, Analytics, and Tracking Technologies

We and our service providers may use cookies, local storage, pixels, tags, software development kits, session-replay tools, and similar technologies. These tools can receive online identifiers, IP address, browser and device information, pages and interactions, referring URLs, and events associated with your use of the Service.

Optional tools are used only after you allow optional tracking through our consent banner, unless a legal exception applies. We currently use PostHog for product analytics and session replay; Vercel Analytics for website analytics; Leadsy and Clay for business visitor and identity-resolution analytics; Pylon for website chat; and FingerprintJS to generate an opaque visitor identifier for analytics. Cloudflare Turnstile is used for security and bot prevention on certain forms.

Vendor configurations and our use of them can change. We will update this policy when a material change affects the categories of information collected, the purposes of use, or the choices available to you.

How We Use Information

To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
To review RFQs, source products, prepare quotes, process orders, arrange fulfillment, and support customer requests.
To contact you about quote activity, order status, account questions, service notices, or requested follow-up.
To operate analytics, security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, and site performance tools.
To send relevant business updates or offers where permitted by law, with the ability to opt out where required.
To comply with legal, tax, accounting, logistics, and regulatory obligations.

We disclose Personal Data to processors and service providers to operate the Service, fulfill requests, and comply with law. We do not exchange Personal Data for money. However, some disclosures associated with optional identity-resolution technologies may be considered a sale or sharing under certain U.S. privacy laws. You can opt out of those optional technologies through Your Privacy Choices below or by using a qualifying Global Privacy Control signal.

With suppliers, manufacturers, freight providers, payment processors, and logistics partners as needed to quote, fulfill, ship, or support an order.
With Service Providers that host systems, process communications, provide analytics, support security, or perform other services on our behalf.
With your consent or at your direction.
For legal compliance, including responding to lawful requests, court orders, government inquiries, or protecting rights and safety.
In connection with a merger, financing, sale of assets, acquisition, reorganization, or similar business transaction.

California Privacy Rights

If the California Consumer Privacy Act applies to Westgate and you are a California resident, you may have the right to know, access, correct, or delete Personal Data; opt out of the sale or sharing of Personal Data; limit certain uses and disclosures of sensitive Personal Data; and not be discriminated against for exercising applicable rights. These rights are subject to legal exceptions and verification requirements.

We may ask for information needed to verify your request or the agent's authority. You may also enable a qualifying Global Privacy Control signal; where applicable, we treat it as an opt-out of optional analytics and identity-resolution technologies for that browser.

Your Privacy Choices

Use the controls below to opt out of or allow optional analytics, identity-resolution, chat, session-replay, and fingerprinting tools in this browser. If you withdraw a prior choice to allow tracking, the page reloads to stop currently loaded optional tools. Future visits in this browser remain opted out. An opt-out does not affect information collected before your choice or processing that is necessary to provide the Service, prevent fraud, or meet legal obligations.

You can also send an opt-out or other privacy request using the contact information in this policy. We honor a qualifying Global Privacy Control signal for optional technologies in the browser that sends it.

SMS Communications

Westgate Supply LLC operates an SMS messaging program for customers and prospective customers who opt in through our scheduling and quote request forms.

Mobile/SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third party except service providers used solely to deliver messages on our behalf. Such providers are contractually prohibited from using this information for any other purpose. The sharing described elsewhere in this policy does not apply to SMS opt-in data or consent.

Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain Personal Data only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including quote history, order support, accounting, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and business records. When information is no longer needed, we delete, anonymize, or securely archive it according to our operational requirements.

You may request deletion or correction of Personal Data by contacting us. We may need to retain certain records where required by law or legitimate business obligations.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect Personal Data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 13.

Third-Party Links

The Service may link to websites or services that we do not operate. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or policies of third-party sites.

Changes to This Policy
